Roger and I bought the greens and reds as well.
I'm glad you are enjoying them.

We put both powders in our smoothies every day as well as the protein powder. At first, we just drank it to get nutrients into our system but now we find that these shakes/smoothies that we make are quite filling so we have them as a meal replacement for lunches.

I'm hoping I will lose some weight doing that.
