I don't know all the nutritional facts in one healthy chocolate smoothie, but rest assured it is packed with vitamins and minerals to improve your health.

You Will Need
1 ripe banana (frozen in slices)
1/4 of a ripe avocado (frozen in pieces)
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp. LiveGood organic powdered greens
1 tsp LiveGood oganic super reds
1 scoop of LiveGood protein powder
1 tsp. LiveGood organic coffee
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. ground flax seed
1 tsp. ground chia seeds
1 tbs. of peanut butter
Blend all of the ingredients together on low speed until the banana and avocado have broken down, then on high speed to blend it completely.
Note: Freezing the banana and avocado before blending it with the other ingredients gives your chocolate smoothie a thicker, creamier, texture.
