My husband and I take a lot of vitamins and supplements but find it difficult to remember to take them all every day, so I came up with a delicious, healthy chocolate smoothie recipe that incorporates a lot of the LiveGood products we buy into one healthy smoothie.

Healthy Chocolate Smoothie Ingredients


The measurements in the smoothie are "approximate." Tweak them to suit your own taste preferences.


You Will Need

 1 ripe banana (frozen in slices)

 1/4 of a ripe avocado (frozen in pieces)

 1 cup of almond milk

 1 tsp. LiveGood organic powdered  greens

 1 tsp LiveGood oganic super reds

 1 scoop of LiveGood protein powder

 1 tsp. LiveGood organic coffee

 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

 1 tsp. ground flax seed

 1 tsp. ground chia seeds

 1 tbs. of peanut butter


Healthy Chocolate Smoothie Instructions


Blend all of the ingredients together on low speed until the banana and avocado have broken down, then on high speed to blend it completely.

Note:  Freezing the banana and avocado before blending it with the other ingredients gives your chocolate smoothie a thicker, creamier, texture.
